a handthrown mug, made with white stoneware clay - with the clay cutaway in layers at the bottom to give a tactile textured effect around the bottom half. it has been decorated with layered glazes that resembles a tigers' eye gemstone, breaking beautifully over the curve of the mug & down towards the texture.
