this bowl has a purely cosmetic flaw - a little splattered glaze on the textured area. it is fully functional.
a handthrown bowl, made with white stoneware clay - with the clay cutaway in layers at the bottom to give a tactile textured effect around the bottom half. it has been decorated with a glossy deep red glaze, as well as layers of other glazes around the top to give a beautiful dappled effect.
perfect for a range of uses - from decorative to functional! use it for your favourite meal, as a fruit bowl, or simply for decoration.
