a handthrown round ceramic pot & disc for a lid, both made on the potters wheel with white stoneware clay.
this cutie has been decorated with a beautiful glossy lilac glaze all over - this glaze has subtle splotches of yellow & white crystals that have bloomed during firing. a sleepy face peeks out from the front of the pot, surrounded by an unglazed beating heart shape.
** note: the lid sits loosely on top of a small gallery inside the pot - it is not an airtight container! **
