a creative offering especially for the home ed community, aiming to provide an accessible & affordable way for young people to be introduced to pottery & ceramics, to build their confidence in the craft as well as explore their individual creativity.
in this fun & festive 2-part workshop, we’ll be making 2D & 3D christmas decorations from clay (session 1) as well as decorating them using a range of colourful glazes (session 2).
inspiration & tools will be provided, as well as tailored guidance for participants.
after the final session, pieces will be covered with a glossy clear glaze & fired in lizzie's kiln - ready to collect & decorate the house (or tree!) before christmas.

- parents can quietly stay in the room during the sessions, but are also welcome to grab a drink & sweet treat from love local next door. please note that parents must stay in the vicinity of the venue for the duration of the workshops.
