this piece has a small area of glaze inconsistency on the handle & damage to the base, which has been sanded. both are cosmetic flaws, so this mug is still fully functional.
a little handthrown mug with a rounded handle, made on the potters wheel with white clay. this mug has been decorated with handpainted colourful doodles, which have been covered with a clear glossy glaze. the handle & inside have been overed in a glossy dark purple glaze.
